I woke up one morning and had an idea to go pick cherries at 10:30 on a summer day. My husband and I loaded up the boys and our cute little Bee dog who we are currently potty training so we can't leave home at all. We went to a you-pick cherry orchard in a small town in-between my parents and in-laws place-now that I think about it it would be the ideal place of us to live. Cooper loved to climbs that ladders, I got to take some pictures while watching the boys run wild and play, Jared picked the majority of the cherries and Bee laid and slept enough for us all. It was a really fun morning where I learned that both Cooper and Boone like cherries! After I found this out I of course how to warn them not to eat the pits or else a tree would start growing in their belly, which is something my grandparents used to tell me all the time.
Well here's a little secret even though the day seemed liked it was great there were a few things I left out. I left out the extra hot heat that was making us all feel miserable, the tantrums that both Boone and Cooper threw for different reasons, and that my husband seemed a little on edge, so maybe the idea of picking cherries was a little less brilliant than what I thought it would be. BUT that's the thing social media can be written however the writer wants to make it sound, not everything is perfect, and that's where I think the beauty en-lies somewhere between chaos and perfection.
If there was one thing that went right today it's the cutest bow ties by Chico Rose. I love how they clip on so easily, and the uniqueness of them made from the prettiest fabric and custom leather ties. I know if I had a little girl she would definitely wear the hair bows.
