Shopping small and in the US is something that I love doing. Having a small shop of my own I know the direct effect it has on a person-my purchase is not only helping a family buy groceries, or allowing a husband and wife pay a baby sitter for some much needed time together-I am, most importantly, helping dreams come true. The Instagram community is an awesome way to find small shops and watch them grow. One of my absolute favorite shops is Rascals and Rags. I love the fact that you can dress your baby from head to 'almost' toe in their stylish attire or you can mix and match it with items from other shops; I can honestly say that my boys wear at least one of their pieces on a daily basis and if they didn't it just means they were 'red-necking it' in a diaper all day. Rascals and Rags scarves are the softest flannel. I find my son burying his face in them trying to find some snuggles, which causes jealously on my part, but I am also reassured they are soft enough for his baby skin-Their flannel cardigan is something I want in my size and it adds just the right touch to any outfit-Their v-necks are just so perfect they made a debut in my family pictures; luckily they have a simple and timeless feeling because these pictures will probably be hanging in my house for years due to the fact that I always forget to change them out-Their beanies are a perfect fit and thick enough for Utah's bi-polar weather-Their jeans are extremely well made; they even withstood Cooper for more than a day and a crawling baby, which is SO impressive! Not to mention they are my favorite item in their chest of drawers. I would recommend Rascals and Rags to anyone. You can follow more of their journey on Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest, I promise they will not disappoint. Rascals and Rags Items are directly linked below:
