We stayed in a beautiful home with great people for a trip that brought us all closer than we had ever hope. We shared food, germs-good and bad, firsts, but most of all memories.
Before we left we were planning our trip for next year because it was oh so lovely.
*I am not a videographer...sorry if this makes you sea sick.

Do's and don't's of Oregon.
Do- Be the ultimate tourist;make sure to visit Yaquina Lighthouse and the tide pools down below.
Don't- Have high weather expectations. We got lucky with really warm weather-swimsuit weather! The locals said it was not normal.
Do- Find a yummy restaurant and eat sea food. We tried Mo's and Luna's Sea fish house... Luna's was my favorte with its small town feel, the owner talking to all his guests, and eating yummy food in a tent-but don't get their burgers, according to my sister, get their fish tacos instead.
Don't- Don't forget your umbrella as the weather likes to change quickly.
Do- Walk on the pier, there are many sites to see, seals, and fisherman coming in from the water.
Don't- Take your kids to Devil's Churn-but do go! It is so beautiful but really rugged and dangerous territory. I took Boone in his wrap, and some places were hard to cross. The waves are huge and come up over the giant rocks, but you might find a star fish or two.
Do-GO! Really Go see it for youself! It was by far my most favorite vacation I have ever been on-sickness and all.
