Lately I have been feeling a little overwhelmed, anxious, and rushed. I am not the type of person who likes feeling those things..well I'm sure anyone does-I guess it's better to say that I don't handle these feelings well. I feel like a toddler who is still trying to understand their emotions when I am bombarded with these ones. I started working a full time/ part time job the first of February. How does it work to have a full time/part time job? Well I am working a full time schedule but only for a short period of time. Some of you may know that I have my degree In Elementary Education; because of this I am able to long-term sub for teachers who are on maternity leave, extended vacations, and sometimes sicknesses. I turns out to be a great opportunity for me because I still get to get credit to endorse my teaching license, spend time with co-workers that I love so dearly, and get to spend time with students without the hassle of meetings and the stress of testing-but this doesn't me the stress is gone at the end of the day...
I still come home to be a mom-which is my favorite job of all. While working I feel like I am missing out on so much, but one of the things that hasn't changed is our bonding time over their evening bath. Bath time is one of our favorite times; Dinosaur herds roaming about and Tubby Todd volcano bubbles a top our heads. When bath time ends its always hard to get the boys out of the tub, but CotandCot has the cutest towels that are perfect for coaxing the boys out. These towels are hooded to keep their heads warm and slip right over the top of their heads so I don't have to worry about little nudists running around the house. The CotandCot towels are so cozy and soft-they offer the yummiest post bath cuddles so I can soak in all the post bath smells I want. This time we get to spend together make our nights that much more special and I look forward to them each day.
